30-Yard C&D

All quotes for 30-yard C&D roll-off include the following:

• 1-week rental (7 days) that starts the day we drop the box (Please note that customers need to call the office when ready to exchange or remove. We do NOT automatically remove the box when the 1-week rental is done.)
• Includes 3 tons of weight in the box.
• Includes the trucking to drop off the box, remove the box, and dispose of the box at the landfill.
• All payments should be paid before the box is dropped. We accept credit card payments over the phone. Checks/cash by mail, in person, or at the time the driver drops the box.

Demolition of any structure needs to be tested before we haul the material to the landfill. If inquiring about a roll-off box for a demolition clean-up, please fill out the highlighted boxes, sign the landfill disposal request form, and return it before scheduling. 30-Yard Metal

All quotes for 30-yard METAL roll-off include:

• No charge. We will pay you 50% of the delivered value of your material if you can get 5 tons of weight into the box and can turn the box over in 1 week.
• For boxes that have less than 5 tons of weight of material in the box, we are not able to pay for the material. It will be considered a no-pay to the customer to cover delivery fees to drop and pick up the box.

***Please note that all agreements above are for boxes that turn over in 1-week MAX and that boxes that are kept for longer than 1 week are considered a no-pay on the metal unless you pay a rental fee of $75 a week until the box is removed. In this case, we would pay you for the material. Metal boxes will automatically be on the schedule for removal after 1 week unless called and scheduled otherwise.***
